  1. Manage product lifecycle: The PLM Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. This includes coordinating with various teams such as design, production, and marketing to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  2. Negotiate and manage licensing agreements: This role will involve negotiating and managing licensing agreements with external partners. The PLM Licensing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all agreements are in line with company goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct market analysis: The PLM Licensing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market analysis to identify new licensing opportunities and potential partners. This will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  4. Monitor and track licensing contracts: It will be the responsibility of the PLM Licensing Specialist to monitor and track all licensing contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions. This will involve regular communication with partners and internal teams.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The PLM Licensing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and sales, to ensure all licensing agreements are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  6. Manage product approvals: The PLM Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing the product approval process, ensuring all products meet brand standards and are in line with licensing agreements.
  7. Maintain accurate records: It will be the responsibility of the PLM Licensing Specialist to maintain accurate records of all licensing agreements, contracts, and product approvals.
  8. Identify and resolve issues: The PLM Licensing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise in the product development and licensing process, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  9. Stay informed on industry regulations: The PLM Licensing Specialist will be responsible for staying informed on industry regulations and ensuring all licensing agreements are compliant with legal requirements.
  10. Drive innovation and improvement: The PLM Licensing Specialist will be expected to drive innovation and improvement in the product development and licensing process, constantly seeking ways to streamline and improve processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Lifecycle Management And Licensing, Preferably In The Sports Apparel Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Trademark And Copyright Laws, As Well As Experience With Licensing Agreements And Contract Negotiations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners

  • Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
