- Oversee the entire post production process for all creative content for the Under Armor brand.
- Manage and lead a team of post production professionals, including editors, colorists, and motion graphics artists.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and ensure the final product meets the brand's standards and vision.
- Develop and maintain post production schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement and maintain efficient post production workflows and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve post production capabilities.
- Ensure all post production deliverables meet technical specifications and are of the highest quality.
- Work closely with external vendors and partners to coordinate post production efforts.
- Provide creative input and guidance to enhance storytelling and push creative boundaries.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and develop their careers.
- Monitor and manage post production expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and creativity.
- Uphold the brand's values and mission in all post production efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Film, Media Production, Or Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Post-Production Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Sports Or Lifestyle Brand.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro And Avid.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Team Of Editors And Post-Production Staff.
