  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Create and implement strategic plans to increase sales and drive business growth.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with key clients.
  7. Regularly meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations to key clients to showcase products and services.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team and management.
  12. Mentor and train junior sales team members.
  13. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures.
  14. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits to clients.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Athletic Apparel Industry.

  • Knowledge Of The Sports And Fitness Industry, Including Understanding Of Product Trends And Customer Needs.
