  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive business growth and increase sales.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned retail accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify new opportunities and trends within the sports retail industry.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure optimal product placement and inventory levels.
  6. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with retail partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  7. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  8. Train and educate retail staff on product knowledge and brand messaging to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to make informed business decisions.
  10. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships with retail partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Key Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Sports Apparel Or Retail Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, With A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And Customer Relationship Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers And Internal Teams.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Market Trends And Develop Strategic Plans To Drive Sales And Revenue.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Experience.
