  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales and achieve business growth targets.
  2. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  3. Create and execute strategic account plans to expand product offerings and increase revenue.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and product offerings are optimized.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Conduct product presentations and trainings to educate key accounts on new products and promotions.
  7. Negotiate and close deals with key accounts to maximize sales and profitability.
  8. Monitor and track account performance, providing regular updates and reports to management.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and network with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Sports Apparel Or Retail Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts And Driving Sales

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Sports Apparel Market, Including Trends, Competitors, And Customer Needs
