- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and achieve revenue targets for the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts to increase sales and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategies for key accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform and shape key account strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions and address any customer concerns.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with sales operations and finance teams to track and report on key account performance, including sales data, inventory levels, and profitability.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on key account performance and opportunities for growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company's values and mission to key accounts and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Sports Industry.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Strong Understanding Of The Sports Industry And Knowledge Of Under Armor's Products And Brand.
