Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Executive to join our team and help us achieve our mission. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, building strong relationships, and driving revenue. To be successful in this position, you must have a passion for sports, exceptional sales skills, and a deep understanding of the retail industry.   1. Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow key accounts for Under Armour.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners, including retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
  4. Drive revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within key accounts.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful execution of account strategies.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities, and provide insights and recommendations to inform key account strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain sales forecasts and track performance against established goals.
  8. Create and deliver presentations to key account partners to promote new products, initiatives, and promotions.
  9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with key account partners to ensure mutual success.
  10. Monitor and analyze sales data and use insights to make data-driven decisions.
  11. Train and support key account partners on Under Armour products, services, and policies.
  12. Travel to meet with key account partners, attend trade shows, and other industry events as needed.
  13. Represent Under Armour as a brand ambassador, demonstrating a deep understanding and passion for our products and mission.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key account management.
  15. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support overall company sales goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Athletic Apparel Or Sports Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, With A Focus On Strategic Planning And Relationship Building.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competition Within The Sports Apparel Industry, With The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On New Business Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch Products To Clients And Close Deals.
