  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  2. Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients to achieve sales targets.
  3. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with key accounts.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate execution of all key account activities, including orders, shipments, and promotions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to key accounts.
  7. Represent the company and promote our brand and products at key account meetings and events.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on key account performance and progress.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Train and educate key account personnel on our products, brand, and sales strategies.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotions and marketing campaigns for key accounts.
  13. Stay organized and manage multiple key accounts simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate key account performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and company values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably Within The Athletic Apparel Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales And Negotiation Techniques, With A Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets.
