  1. Lead and manage a team of IT auditors to conduct comprehensive audits of Under Armor's IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.
  2. Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of the company's IT systems.
  3. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in complex IT systems and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Work closely with IT teams to understand and assess the effectiveness of existing controls and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT security to continuously improve the company's audit processes.
  6. Conduct regular risk assessments and provide timely updates to senior management on the status of IT systems and potential risks.
  7. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  8. Mentor and train team members on IT audit techniques and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations.
  10. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of IT audit processes.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all audit activities.
  14. Stay current with emerging technologies and their potential impact on the company's IT systems.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the IT audit program to ensure it remains relevant and effective in mitigating potential risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Audit, Preferably In The Retail Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Professional Certification Such As Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Or Certified Internal Auditor (Cia).

  • Strong Understanding Of Auditing Principles And Standards, As Well As Knowledge Of It Controls And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Auditors.
