- Maintain a clean and organized sewing workspace and ensure all equipment is properly functioning.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source new materials and tools for experimentation.
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure all garments meet performance and durability standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new sewing equipment and technology.
- Stay within project timelines and provide regular updates on progress and any challenges.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while operating sewing equipment.
- Continuously strive for innovation and improvement to maintain Under Armor's reputation as a leader in performance apparel.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Sewing Techniques And Machinery, Including Industrial Sewing Machines And Computerized Pattern-Making Software.
Ability To Analyze And Troubleshoot Sewing Issues And Provide Creative Solutions To Improve Efficiency And Quality.
Strong Understanding Of Garment Construction And Materials, With A Focus On Performance Fabrics And Innovative Techniques.
Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Production Environment, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
