Job Description

Under Armor is looking for a highly skilled Employee Relations Partner to join our team and help us create an inclusive and supportive workplace for our employees.As an Employee Relations Partner, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on a variety of HR-related topics, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.   1. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related topics such as performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  3. Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the company.
  4. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  5. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues.
  7. Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop initiatives and programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
  8. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and provide resolution.
  9. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution.
  10. Conduct training and workshops for employees and managers on various HR-related topics.
  11. Analyze and report on employee relations trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive work culture.
  13. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure all new employees are aware of company policies and procedures.
  14. Provide support during disciplinary actions or terminations.
  15. Act as a resource for employees seeking assistance with workplace issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Retail Or Manufacturing Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, And Fmla.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Navigate Conflicts.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Professionalism And Discretion.
