Job Description

Welcome to Under Armour, the leading brand in athletic apparel and footwear. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campus Store Manager to oversee our on-campus retail location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the Under Armour brand and has a strong background in retail management. As the Campus Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers while also driving sales and managing store operations. If you have a proven track record of success in retail management and a love for all things Under Armour, we want to hear from you!

  1. Manage store operations: Oversee all aspects of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, customer service, and employee scheduling.
  2. Drive sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet sales targets set by the company.
  3. Create a positive shopping experience: Ensure that customers feel welcomed, engaged, and satisfied with their shopping experience at the Under Armour campus store.
  4. Train and develop employees: Recruit, hire, and train a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and represent the Under Armour brand.
  5. Monitor and report on store performance: Track sales, inventory, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report to upper management.
  6. Uphold brand standards: Ensure that the store is always meeting the brand's standards for visual merchandising, customer service, and brand messaging.
  7. Collaborate with other departments: Work with other departments within Under Armour to coordinate promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
  8. Manage store budget: Responsible for managing the store's budget, including expenses, payroll, and inventory costs.
  9. Maintain a safe and clean store environment: Ensure that the store is always clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep informed of current athletic apparel and footwear trends, as well as competitor activity, to make strategic business decisions.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service: Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  12. Foster a positive work environment: Promote a positive and collaborative work environment for employees, encouraging teamwork and employee development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Sports Apparel Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers And Effectively Communicate With Corporate Headquarters.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Budgeting, And Financial Analysis To Ensure Profitability Of The Campus Store.
