As the Campus Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers while also driving sales and managing store operations. - Manage store operations: Oversee all aspects of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, customer service, and employee scheduling.
- Drive sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet sales targets set by the company.
- Create a positive shopping experience: Ensure that customers feel welcomed, engaged, and satisfied with their shopping experience at the Under Armour campus store.
- Train and develop employees: Recruit, hire, and train a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and represent the Under Armour brand.
- Monitor and report on store performance: Track sales, inventory, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report to upper management.
- Uphold brand standards: Ensure that the store is always meeting the brand's standards for visual merchandising, customer service, and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with other departments: Work with other departments within Under Armour to coordinate promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage store budget: Responsible for managing the store's budget, including expenses, payroll, and inventory costs.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment: Ensure that the store is always clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep informed of current athletic apparel and footwear trends, as well as competitor activity, to make strategic business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment: Promote a positive and collaborative work environment for employees, encouraging teamwork and employee development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Sports Apparel Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers And Effectively Communicate With Corporate Headquarters.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Budgeting, And Financial Analysis To Ensure Profitability Of The Campus Store.
