1. Develop and implement strategies to protect Under Armor's intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
2. Conduct legal research to stay updated on the latest intellectual property and marketing laws and regulations.
3. Advise internal teams on the appropriate use and protection of intellectual property assets.
4. Review and analyze marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Draft and negotiate contracts related to intellectual property, including license agreements and infringement claims.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of business.
7. Monitor and enforce Under Armor's intellectual property rights, including identifying and addressing potential infringements.
8. Educate and train employees on intellectual property and marketing laws and regulations.
9. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other third-party vendors.
10. Maintain accurate and organized records of intellectual property assets and legal matters.
11. Participate in the development of internal policies and procedures related to intellectual property and marketing.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in intellectual property and marketing law.
13. Represent Under Armor in legal proceedings related to intellectual property and marketing.
14. Collaborate with the global legal team to ensure consistency and alignment in intellectual property and marketing strategies across all regions.
15. Continuously assess and improve processes and practices related to intellectual property and marketing compliance.
