- Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

- Conduct regular store audits to assess and improve overall store performance.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for all team members.

- Assist in managing the store budget and financial goals.

- Fill in for the Store Manager when needed and perform any other duties assigned by the management team.
Previous Retail Management Experience: Applicants Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry. This Experience Should Include Overseeing A Team, Managing Store Operations, And Driving Sales.
