  1. Manage and lead a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

  3. Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Assist in creating and implementing visual merchandising displays to effectively showcase products.
  6. Ensure the store is properly stocked and maintained to meet customer demand.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Role, Is Required For This Position.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant Store Manager Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire The Store Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Handle Conflicts Or Challenges In A Professional Manner.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For Success In This Role. The Assistant Store Manager Should Be Able To Clearly And Confidently Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Upper Management.

  • Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: A Deep Understanding And Knowledge Of Under Armor Products, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Target Audience, Is Important For This Role. This Includes Staying Up-To-Date On The Latest Product Releases And Technology.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: The Assistant Store Manager Should Be Highly Organized And Able To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Their Time Efficiently, And Ensure That The Store Runs Smoothly On A Daily Basis.
