  1. Assist in managing all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to sales, inventory, customer service, and employee performance.
  2. Drive sales to exceed targets and meet or exceed store KPIs.
  3. Lead and motivate store team members to achieve individual and store goals.
  4. Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained at all times.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
  7. Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
  8. Create and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
  9. Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute store initiatives.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of the Under Armor brand and its products in order to effectively represent the company to customers.
  11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure team members are also in compliance.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean store environment for both employees and customers.
  14. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Assistant Store Manager At Under Armor Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Under Armor Values Individuals Who Can Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Coaching A Team To Meet Sales Goals And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
