- Design and develop innovative and high-performance women's training apparel for the Under Armour brand.
- Collaborate with the Women's Train team to understand the needs and preferences of athletes and incorporate them into the apparel design.
- Utilize your strong design background and eye for detail to create unique and visually appealing apparel that aligns with the Under Armour brand.
- Keep up-to-date with current market trends and competitor offerings in order to stay ahead in the athletic wear industry.
- Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure that designs are technically feasible and production-ready.
- Communicate and present design ideas and concepts to various stakeholders, including team members and senior management.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify gaps in the market and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our athletes.
- Utilize your knowledge of fabrics, materials, and construction techniques to select the best options for each design.
- Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Continuously seek feedback and incorporate it into designs to ensure the highest level of quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image.
- Stay updated on industry developments and attend relevant trade shows and conferences to stay current on emerging trends and techniques.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to help develop their skills and foster a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Design Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Apparel Design, Preferably In Women's Sportswear
Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Knowledge Of Performance Fabrics And Construction Techniques
Proficient In Adobe Creative Suite And Proven Ability To Create Technical Sketches And Design Concepts
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Overseas Vendors.
