Loan Origination Supervisor
In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight to assigned area, ensuring efficient service for the bank's customers and employees, while advancing your skills and industry knowledge to enhance your upward mobility. Oversee department functions to ensure timeliness and compliance with regulatory procedures with minimal supervisory oversight. Address various employee and business-related matters of progressively increasing complexity and responsibility. Partner with manager to ensure staffing and scheduling needs. Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position, and keep up to date on regulation changes.
3-5 years of financial industry experience.
3-5 years of loan support experience preferred.
3-5 of previous lead or supervisory experience required.
