  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and processes to support the Order to Cash operations of the company.
  2. Oversee all financial aspects of the Order to Cash process, including billing, collections, credit management, and cash application.
  3. Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures within the Order to Cash process.
  5. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency in the Order to Cash cycle.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal departments.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and guidance to support their professional growth and development.
  9. Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  10. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership and make recommendations for strategic financial decisions.
  11. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage for the company.
  12. Continuously review and assess the effectiveness of financial processes and make recommendations for improvements to drive business success.
  13. Collaborate with other department leaders to align financial goals and objectives with overall company strategy.
  14. Identify and mitigate financial risks within the Order to Cash process.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members on financial processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Finance Leadership Role, Preferably In The Order To Cash Function.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems, Processes, And Controls.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Order To Cash Processes, With A Focus On Efficiency And Accuracy.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
