
Upper Midmarket Customer Account Manager - West Coast
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Upper Midmarket Customer Account Manager for the West Coast region at Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our valued upper midmarket customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer account management, a deep understanding of the West Coast market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Manage and grow relationships with upper midmarket customers on the West Coast region.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success with UKG products and services.
- Develop a deep understanding of the West Coast market and its unique needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, concerns, and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their current and future needs.
- Develop and maintain a strategic account plan for each customer, outlining goals, objectives, and action plans.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling UKG products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account details.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to management on customer account status and progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively advise and support customers.
- Represent UKG at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our products and services.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting UKG's values and mission in all customer interactions.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Technology Industry, With A Focus On The Upper Midmarket Segment.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Customer Satisfaction Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers And Internal Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr And Workforce Management Software Solutions, Preferably With Experience Selling Or Managing Accounts In The West Coast Region.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
