- Develop expert knowledge and understanding of Ultimate Kronos Group's HCM solutions, specifically in the areas of payroll, time and attendance, and HR management.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored solutions utilizing UKG's products and services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll processes and regulations, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Utilize fluency in both French and English to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues, ensuring clear understanding and successful implementation of UKG's solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HCM technology to continuously improve and enhance UKG's solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of UKG's products to potential clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients during the implementation and use of UKG's solutions.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their growth and development.
Fluency In French And English: As A Bilingual Role, Proficiency In Both French And English Is Essential For Effective Communication With Clients And Colleagues.
