- Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in the field of HR and workforce management technology.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Ultimate Kronos Group's solutions in the market.
- Provide thought leadership by contributing to blogs, webinars, and other industry events.
- Mentor and train junior solution consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Travel to client sites as needed for on-site meetings and presentations.
