
Sr Service & Support Team Specialist - Payroll

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and customer service to customers and internal staff with regards to payroll systems, applications, and processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot software and system-related issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and follow-up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Support the payroll system and related technologies.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to identify and resolve system-related issues.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
