- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth and increase revenue for the organization.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership plans and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication and coordination.
- Monitor and track partner performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Develop and manage a budget for partnership activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in strategic alliance management.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure their success in managing partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote partnerships and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create joint marketing and promotional materials to support partnership initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to partners.
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings through partnerships.
- Monitor and report on the success and impact of partnerships to senior management.
Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Alliances Or Partnership Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Driving Growth And Revenue Through Partnerships.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of The Software Industry, Specifically In Human Capital Management (Hcm) And Workforce Management.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels.
Strategic Thinker With The Ability To Identify And Pursue New Partnership Opportunities That Align With The Company's Overall Business Objectives.
