- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our workforce management solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless sales process and successful client onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Travel to client sites for meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.
Strong Understanding Of The Enterprise Software Market, Including Human Capital Management (Hcm) And Workforce Management (Wfm) Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate With C-Level Executives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Relevant Advanced Degree Preferred.
