  1. Lead and manage complex technical projects and initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resources, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  4. Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  5. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, driving team productivity and efficiency.
  6. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet business objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful project outcomes.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, and drive the implementation of best practices.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance project management processes and techniques within the organization.
