- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software products for our cloud-based human capital management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to ensure successful delivery of projects and provide technical guidance and support.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and enhance our software products.
- Conduct code reviews, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and propose solutions to ensure product stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all software products to ensure consistency and assist with future development and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other team members, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize software development processes and enhance product quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of software engineering principles, best practices, and methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 8 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Strong Background In Object-Oriented Programming Languages Such As Java Or C#.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Software Development Teams, With A Track Record Of Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Practices, Such As Agile And Devops.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
