  1. Develop and implement data solutions that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of data architects and engineers to ensure successful execution of data projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  4. Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve the company's data capabilities.
  5. Design data models and architecture for efficient storage, processing and retrieval of large and complex datasets.
  6. Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory standards in all data solutions.
  7. Monitor and optimize the performance of data solutions to meet business needs.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions, including architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates, recommendations, and insights on data solutions.
  10. Lead the evaluation and selection process for third-party vendors and tools to support data initiatives.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and architecture to continuously improve the company's data capabilities.
  12. Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure data quality and integrity in all data solutions.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple data projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote effective collaboration and partnership.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on data architecture and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Data Architecture: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Data Architecture Principles And Best Practices. They Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Data Solutions.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Principal Data Solutions Architect Must Have A Strong Technical Background With Expertise In Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing, And Big Data Technologies. They Should Also Have Experience In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And Java.
