  1. Lead and oversee the development of Java-based software solutions for Ultimate Kronos Group clients.
  2. Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the software engineering team.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality, cutting-edge software solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java development to ensure the team is utilizing the latest technologies.
  6. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the software engineering department.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  8. Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  10. Ensure compliance with coding standards and development processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With A Strong Focus On Java-Based Development. This Includes Experience With Developing Complex Software Applications, Designing And Implementing Software Solutions, And Troubleshooting Technical Issues.

  • Proficiency In Java And Related Technologies: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Java Programming Language And Its Related Technologies, Including Frameworks Like Spring And Hibernate. They Should Also Have Experience With Java-Based Web Applications And Api Development.

  • Team Leadership And Management Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team Of Software Engineers. This Includes Setting Expectations, Providing Guidance And Feedback, And Ensuring The Team Delivers High-Quality Work On Time.
