Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role Within A Professional Services Consulting Company, Preferably In The Mid-Market Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Human Capital Management And Workforce Management Systems, With A Focus On Mid-Market Solutions.
