- Lead and manage the Red Team Operations department, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's systems and network architecture.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute simulated cyber attacks to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Analyze and report on the results of red team exercises, including recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop strategies for improving the company's overall security posture.
- Stay current with emerging cyber threats and trends, and continuously assess and enhance the company's security measures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to provide updates on red team activities and findings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and vendors to stay informed on industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security policies, standards, and regulations.
- Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
- Participate in incident response and recovery efforts as needed.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify innovative solutions to security challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures into new systems and processes.
- Maintain and regularly test incident response plans.

Extensive Experience In Cyber Security: The Ideal Candidate For A Lead Red Team Operator At Ultimate Kronos Group Should Have A Strong Background In Cyber Security, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Relevant Experience In The Field. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Various Attack Techniques, Vulnerability Assessments, And Threat Intelligence.
Advanced Technical Skills: A Lead Red Team Operator Should Possess Advanced Technical Skills In Areas Such As Network Penetration Testing, Social Engineering, Reverse Engineering, And Malware Analysis. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Operating Systems, Programming Languages, And Security Tools.
Leadership And Team Management Abilities: As A Lead Red Team Operator, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Red Team Operators. They Should Be Able To Delegate Tasks Effectively, Provide Guidance And Support, And Ensure The Team Is Working Towards A Common Goal.
