We are seeking a talented and dynamic Lead Product Manager to join our team in Mexico, with fluency in Spanish and experience in the Mexican payroll market. As the Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and development of our payroll product for the Mexican market.   1. Develop and execute the strategic direction of the payroll product for the Mexican market.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to understand the needs and trends of the Mexican payroll market.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features and enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of product managers and guide them in their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
  6. Create and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and development plans.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology in Mexico.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on the Mexican payroll market and the product, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  10. Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws in the Mexican market.
  13. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the product development and management process.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the product and gather market insights.
  15. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluent In Spanish And Knowledgeable About The Mexican Payroll Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Be Fluent In Spanish, With A Strong Understanding Of The Language And Culture In Mexico. They Should Also Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Mexican Payroll Industry, Including Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Product Management: The Lead Product Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Products From Ideation To Launch. They Should Have Experience In Defining Product Strategy, Conducting Market Research, And Driving Product Innovation.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Lead Product Manager, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team And Drive Product Development. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Lead Product Manager Will Be Responsible For Communicating Product Updates, Strategy, And Roadmaps To Various Stakeholders, Both Internal And External. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
