- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior business systems analysts, providing guidance and support as they work on projects and develop their skills.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential issues and recommend innovative solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and make recommendations for mitigation strategies.

Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle And Project Management Methodologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Business Systems Analyst Or In A Similar Role.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
