  1. Develop and maintain high-quality Java code for our workforce management solutions.
  2. Collaborate with team members to design and implement new software features.
  3. Troubleshoot and debug existing code to identify and fix issues.
  4. Contribute to the overall design and architecture of our software products.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Java development.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  7. Take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion.
  8. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  9. Work closely with other engineers, product managers, and quality assurance team members to deliver high-quality software products.
  10. Continuously learn and improve your skills in Java development and related technologies.
  11. Provide technical support and assistance to clients as needed.
  12. Adhere to project deadlines and deliver projects on time.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Java Programming Language.

  • Strong Understanding Of Object-Oriented Design Principles And Software Development Best Practices.

  • Experience With Web Development Frameworks Such As Spring Or Hibernate.

  • Familiarity With Agile Development Methodologies And Tools Such As Jira.
