  1. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to understand their integration needs and requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions that meet client business objectives.
  3. Utilize strong SQL development skills to build and maintain integrations between client systems and the Ultimate Kronos Group platform.
  4. Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of integration solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the integration process.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and consistently meeting project timelines and deliverables.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to integration and SQL development to continuously improve and enhance integration processes.
  8. Document all integration processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential integration opportunities and participate in client presentations and demonstrations.
  10. Continuously strive to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing integration processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project status and escalate any concerns or issues as needed.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in all integration projects.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development to expand knowledge and skills in integration and SQL development.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Sql Proficiency: The Integration Consultant Ii Must Have Advanced Knowledge And Experience Working With Sql, Including Writing Complex Queries, Stored Procedures, And Triggers.

  • Integration Experience: This Role Requires At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working With Integration Tools And Technologies, Including Etl Processes, Api Integrations, And Data Mapping.

  • Technical Expertise: A Solid Understanding Of Various Programming Languages And Technologies, Such As C#, Javascript, And Xml, Is Necessary For This Position. Experience With Cloud-Based Systems And Web Services Is Also Beneficial.

  • Communication Skills: The Integration Consultant Ii Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, Including Clients, Project Managers, And Team Members.

  • Analytical Thinking: This Role Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Trends And Patterns. The Integration Consultant Ii Must Also Have A Keen Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy And Efficiency In Data Integration Processes.
