  1. Provide administrative support for various HR services, including employee onboarding and benefits enrollment.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate the performance management process.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  4. Communicate with employees and managers to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  7. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives.
  9. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  10. Assist with the coordination of employee training and development programs.
  11. Participate in recruitment efforts as needed.
  12. Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  13. Support the HR team with any other tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Coordinator Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices

  • Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Levels Of Employees And Management

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems And Technology, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Software And Tools.
