- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices and proactively recommend and implement improvements to existing processes.
- Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training and development programs for employees.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Serve as a champion for company culture and work to continuously improve and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Act as a liaison between employees and senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Handle any other HR-related tasks or projects as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Hrbp Or Generalist Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies, Procedures, And Initiatives To Support Organizational Goals And Objectives.
