8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training and development programs for employees.
9. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
10. Serve as a champion for company culture and work to continuously improve and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
11. Act as a liaison between employees and senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
12. Handle any other HR-related tasks or projects as assigned.
