You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR programs and policies, while ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations.To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.   1. Develop and implement HR programs and policies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Partner with managers to provide strategic HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  3. Ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations, including but not limited to employment laws and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and resolution on HR-related issues and concerns.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training and development programs for employees and managers.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance the organization's HR practices.
  8. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure all documentation is in compliance with legal requirements.
  9. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  10. Serve as a culture champion, promoting the organization's values and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to provide resources and services to employees and managers.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with employees, managers, and external contacts.
  14. Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization, both written and verbal.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and streamline HR operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
