- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the West region for Ultimate Kronos Group.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with our products and services.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently achieving or surpassing assigned revenue goals.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions that address their unique needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable margins for the company.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and updates to the sales leadership team.
- Continuously educate oneself on the latest industry developments and product offerings to effectively position and sell Ultimate Kronos Group's solutions.
- Represent Ultimate Kronos Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ultimate Kronos Group, upholding our company values and promoting a positive image of the organization.
- Travel to meet with clients, attend events, and conduct sales meetings as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Software Sales, Preferably In The Hr Or Workforce Management Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Sales Processes And Experience Managing Complex Sales Cycles.
