- Identify and target top-tier clients in the region to expand UKG's client base and increase market share.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for UKG, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our human capital management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional client experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth for the organization.

Proven Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Enterprise Account Executive Role At Ultimate Kronos Group Should Have A Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process, Prospecting, And Negotiation Skills.
