- Proactively research and identify potential business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to generate new business.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and understand the unique needs and pain points of potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective lead generation campaigns.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and differentiate UKG from the competition.
- Represent UKG at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our brand and generate new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product development and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, processes, and strategies to drive better results.
- Act as a brand ambassador for UKG and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
- Travel to meet with clients and attend events as needed.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Business Development Role, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Hr And Payroll Industry, With Knowledge Of Ultimate Kronos Group Products And Services Preferred.
Demonstrated Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
