We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Customer Account Management.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of account managers who are dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.   1. Oversee and manage a team of account managers dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for effectively managing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer account activity and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account management plans and initiatives.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for key customer accounts and ensure timely and effective communication.
  6. Provide guidance and support to account managers in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to account managers.
  8. Monitor customer retention rates and develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer account management.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Generate reports and provide insights on customer account management activities and performance.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the account management team.
  14. Represent the company and promote its products and services at industry events and conferences.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Account Management, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Account Managers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Customer Satisfaction And Retention Through Strategic Account Management And Upselling/Cross-Selling Initiatives.
