- Oversee and manage a team of account managers dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Develop and implement strategies for effectively managing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer account activity and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account management plans and initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customer accounts and ensure timely and effective communication.
- Provide guidance and support to account managers in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to account managers.
- Monitor customer retention rates and develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Generate reports and provide insights on customer account management activities and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the account management team.
- Represent the company and promote its products and services at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Account Management, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Account Managers.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Customer Satisfaction And Retention Through Strategic Account Management And Upselling/Cross-Selling Initiatives.
