- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

- Keep up-to-date with UKG products and technologies to provide accurate and current support to clients.
- Document and track all support activities and resolutions for future reference.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Act as a subject matter expert for UKG products and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Communicate technical information and updates to clients in a clear and concise manner.

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and ideas.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Software Or It Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Troubleshooting Techniques And Experience With Various Operating Systems And Software Applications.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Issues In A Clear And Concise Manner.
