Accounting Manager

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance• 7+ years of accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory role• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel• Working knowledge of financial accounting software• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data• Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records• Excellent problem-solving skills• Proactive and professional attitude

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review financial statements and other reports for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations.
3. Develop and maintain accounting processes and procedures.
4. Monitor and analyze financial performance and trends.
5. Identify and address potential compliance risks.
6. Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
7. Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
8. Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models.
9. Prepare and review tax returns.
10. Train and mentor accounting staff.
