Task Associate

Ulta Beauty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Task Associate to join our team. The Task Associate is an integral part of the Ulta Beauty team, responsible for creating a positive and engaging store experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and an eye for detail.To be successful in this role, you must have a fundamental knowledge of merchandising and product presentation. You must also possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a positive and engaging store experience for guests by providing exceptional customer service.
2. Utilize fundamental knowledge of merchandising and product presentation to create attractive display layouts.
3. Receive, store, and stock merchandise in an organized and efficient manner.
4. Execute inventory management processes and procedures.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
7. Assist with store operations, such as opening and closing procedures, cashiering, and other tasks as needed.
8. Utilize excellent organizational and communication skills to complete daily tasks.
9. Remain flexible to changes and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
