  1. Maintain the overall appearance of the store by ensuring cleanliness and organization of all areas including shelves, displays, and products.
  2. Restock shelves and products as needed to ensure availability and a visually appealing presentation.
  3. Assist customers with finding products and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or replenishment needs to management.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  6. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  7. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Keep track of product expiration dates and assist with inventory rotation.
  9. Help create and maintain visually appealing displays to attract customers and increase sales.
  10. Assist with receiving and unpacking new shipments of products.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on new products and procedures.
  13. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines.
  14. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and offer suggestions for process improvements.
