Task Associate

1. Perform daily tasks and duties to maintain the appearance and operation of the store, including but not limited to stocking shelves, organizing products, and cleaning and maintaining the store layout.
2. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out of stock items to management.
4. Assist with setting up promotional displays and ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and in line with company standards.
5. Maintain a high level of knowledge on all products and services offered at Ulta Beauty in order to assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
6. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines, to ensure a safe and clean store environment.
8. Complete tasks and projects assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall operations of the store.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for Ulta Beauty, promoting and upholding the company's values and mission.
11. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure the store is offering the latest and most relevant products and services to customers.
12. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, providing a supportive and collaborative environment for team members.
13. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and policies.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
