2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an inviting shopping experience for customers.
3. Take inventory of products and ensure that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
4. Restock and replenish products throughout the day to ensure availability for customers.
5. Assist customers in finding products and providing product recommendations.
6. Demonstrate knowledge of all products and services offered at Ulta Beauty to effectively assist customers.
7. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
8. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.
9. Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
10. Continuously learn about new products and trends in the beauty industry to better assist customers.
11. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
12. Communicate any customer concerns or issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
13. Adhere to all cash handling procedures and accurately process transactions.
14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
