- Greet and welcome customers to Ulta Beauty with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any low or out-of-stock items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-stocked and presentable at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns.
- Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
- Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Communicate any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Uphold Ulta Beauty's standards and policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Task Associate At Ulta Beauty Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Customers.
Organizational Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Time Effectively, And Maintain A Neat And Organized Work Area.

Knowledge Of Beauty Products: Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Beauty Products And Brands Carried By Ulta Beauty To Assist Customers And Restock Shelves Appropriately.
Physical Stamina: This Position Involves Standing, Bending, And Lifting Up To 50 Pounds, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Throughout Their Shift.
