1. Maintain the visual appearance of the store by ensuring all merchandise is displayed accurately and in a visually appealing manner.
2. Execute daily tasks and projects assigned by management, such as restocking shelves, organizing product displays, and replenishing inventory.
3. Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management.
4. Ensure all products are properly priced and labeled with accurate information.
5. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance as needed.
6. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restrooms, break room, and stockroom areas.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
11. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
12. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
